TWISTED SISTER were forced to cancel their appearance at the festival so that the group's frontman, Dee Snider, could recover from throat surgery, which is scheduled for March 1. This was scheduled after exhaustive tests by Dee's specialist when the singer lost his voice following a performance at the NAMM convention in Los Angeles on January 20.
